Behavior Technician (Peoria)

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying I love you for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. This is a great role for people who are looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties.

  • No RBT? $18.24 to $20.06
  • Obtained your RBT? Start at $19.19 for RBT 1 with much more potential for growth!
  • Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For:
  • 18+ years old required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable playing with children
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
