Operations Support Associate
:
Summary: Performs a variety of office support functions utilizing computer skills, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Billing: Invoicing orders
- Order Processing: Entering orders received
- Customer Service: Assisting customers with orders and inquiries
- Filing invoices, proposals, and other documents
- Formalizing proposals, letters, reports, and other documents
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior Job Experience Helpful
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF editing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
