Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will architect and build a sophisticated platform combining interactive 3D experiences and scalable enterprise services. You will lead a cross-functional team and own the delivery of robust applications using modern DevOps pipelines. Your expertise in React, Three.js , and .NET or Java will be critical in creating seamless user and backend experiences.

• Lead the development of immersive and responsive frontends using React, TypeScript, and Three.js
• Build scalable backend services using .NET (C#) or Java, following clean architecture principles
• Design and expose RESTful or GraphQL APIs for frontend and external integration
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Monitor and ensure performance, availability, and observability across the stack
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members in architecture and best practices
• Align technical delivery with business goals and manage risks across the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders for seamless delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 7 years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, and Three.js for frontend development
• Experience with backend development in .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• Strong understanding of REST and/or GraphQL API design
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization using Docker
• Up to 15% travel

• Experience working with 3D file formats such as glTF, FBX, or OBJ
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and enterprise security practices
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
