We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Compensation:$115,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
- Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc
- Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc.
- Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
- Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish
- Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
