Drapery Connection is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Window Treatment Installer Apprentice & Warehouse Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning skilled trades, working with tools and staying organized in a warehouse environment. You will learn measuring, mounting, and installing window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, motorized systems and draperies and hardware.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a trade.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar trade helpful.
• Comfortable using basic tools and learning new equipment
• Professional communication and customer service attitude.
• Ability to use tall ladder (10’+)
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Basic knowledge of measurements and math skills
• Smart phone
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
