Administrative Assistant CHI

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the production team.
- Manage documentation and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and customers.
- Troubleshoot administrative issues and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports on production metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
