Client Solutions Representative

Client Solutions Representative Summary The Client Solutions Representative is responsible for maintaining Northern Trust participant information that supports pension and retirement benefit administration. This role focuses primarily on email‑based servicing, ensuring timely and precise updates to participant records, including benefit payment forms, address and contact details, banking and EFT (direct deposit) information, and federal or state tax elections. Key Responsibilities- Update participant records, including contact details, banking information, EFT changes, tax elections, and benefit payment forms.
- Respond to participant and client inquiries primarily via email with clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of participant data across all internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies in participant information and correct data as needed.
- Research and verify participant information across multiple systems to resolve questions.
- Ensure participant information is processed promptly to support uninterrupted benefit administration.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior staff or subject‑matter experts.
- 2+ years of financial services or client support experience in a professional environment.
- Some experience with retirement or pension plans preferred but not required.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Excel in a data‑entry capacity.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to learn and navigate internal Northern Trust systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range $43,200 - 64,800 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
