education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Develop and validate robust analytical methods on a variety of complex laboratory instrumentation.
- Execute sample testing and precise data analysis to support NPI pipelines.
- Maintain rigorous documentation utilizing laboratory notebooks and draft standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate and communicate technical findings effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, utilizing professional judgment to solve technical challenges.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
- 6+ years of hands-on proficiency with HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis analytical instrumentation.
- 6+ years of experience developing methods on HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis instruments.
- 6+ years of strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Proven experience working within a strict GMP compliance environment.
- Experience with LIMS, technical writing, and robust lab safety protocols.
