Job Description

• Support clients with corporate restructuring and insolvency matters within the legal department.
• Advise on complex restructuring transactions and strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents related to restructuring and bankruptcy cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate restructuring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar association.
• Proven experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
