The Vice President, Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing global, end-to-end supply chain operations in support of Life Fitness / Hammer Strength customers worldwide. This role owns planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, order management, customer operations, and delivery and installation, ensuring reliable execution at scale across a complex, global footprint. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this leader will partner closely across Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Engineering to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes that enable growth, performance, and customer trust.

This is a hybrid position primarily based out of our Global Support Hub in Rosemont, IL. Monday and Friday are remote, with Tuesday through Thursday designated as in-office collaboration days. #LI-Hybrid Additionally, this role requires regular domestic and international travel to manufacturing sites, distribution centers, customer locations, and key regional offices to support teams, drive alignment, and ensure operational excellence across our global footprint.

As the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, you will:

• Lead global supply chain strategy and execution across planning and inventory, logistics and warehousing, order management and customer operations, and delivery and installation.
• Directly manage six senior leaders overseeing an overall organization of 175 employees across the US and international regions.
• Build a technology-enabled, decision-centric operating system, underpinned by an optimized supply chain technology ecosystem, where automation, AI, and analytics drive superior decisions that enable both the company and its customers to win—balancing growth, margin, service, and long-term value.
• Drive alignment between demand planning, supply planning, inventory positioning, fulfillment execution, and customer delivery performance.
• Partner closely within Global Operations, including Manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration across production, distribution, and customer fulfillment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Engineering, and IT to support business priorities and customer commitments.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and performance management systems to support global consistency and operational visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives that strengthen operational resilience and support future business growth.
• Build, develop, and engage high-performing leaders and teams through active coaching, empowerment, and clear accountability.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership approach by working alongside teams to solve complex challenges and remove barriers to execution.
• Define, track, and act on key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions and elevate supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and trade requirements across global operations.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Vice President of Supply Chain:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 percent, including international travel, in support of global supply chain operations.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within global organizations.
• Proven success leading large, geographically distributed teams in complex, matrixed business environments.
• Experience in B2B operations, with strong preference for durable goods manufacturing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain disciplines including global planning, inventory optimization, logistics, warehousing, order management, and customer operations.
• Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure we are operating as “One Team”.
• Demonstrated commitment to developing leaders and teams while remaining actively engaged in operational execution and problem-solving.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and systems / technology acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities, operational detail, and customer impact.
• Demonstrated track record of successful supply chain transformation and modernization.
• Experience driving operational improvement, transformation initiatives, and performance management in dynamic environments.
• Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to lead through change with focus and resilience.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $224,100 - $273,900 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
