Schedule & Daily Flow

• Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM

• Three-column GP schedule with strong support from assistants and front-office team

• Consistent flow of hygiene checks and comprehensive restorative/surgical dentistry

Compensation Structure

• Daily Guarantee for the first 3–6 months

• Collections-Based Tiers :

  • First $35K/mo: 30%

  • $35K–$40K: 31%

  • $40K–$45K: 32%

  • Over $45K: 33%

‍⚕ Clinical Requirements

We're looking for a clinically advanced General Dentist who can confidently perform:

• Mandibular Molar Endo (Retreats, twisted roots, and maxillary molars referred out)

• Surgical Extractions of impacted thirds (Full bony, horizontal, etc. referred)

• Advanced Restorative Dentistry

• Preferred : Experience placing implants and interest in expanding surgical/restorative scope
