Customer Chat Representative
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Required Skills and Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Chat Representative or similar role
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency with online chat platforms and basic computer applications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
