CNC Engineer

Machinist Programmer

Responsibilities

• Split responsibilities between 50% programming and 50% machining, depending on project load.
• Assist with estimating and quoting, verifying the accuracy of time and cost on customer quotes.
• Familiarize with outside processing of parts.
• Be accountable for meeting deadlines with flexibility if work is completed.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machining and programming (not an operator role).
• Strong proficiency in Mastercam, including the ability to load, read, and modify programs.
• Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, machining strategy, and program optimization.
• Experience with SolidWorks is preferred, though secondary to strong Mastercam skills.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in design and manufacturing environments, particularly in aerospace, medical, and dental markets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
