Area Sales Manager
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Area modernization sales strategy to drive revenue growth, portfolio segmentation, and pricing strategy
- Develop and manage high-performing Modernization Sales teams, setting KPIs, coaching, and ensuring consistent process execution
- Own forecasting, pipeline health, CRM data quality, and accountability for sales performance
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, GCs, and property owners to drive conversions and portfolio upgrades
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts to identify opportunities and gaps
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure executable, profitable proposals and aligned offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and forums while defining go-to-market modernization strategies for the Area
This role can be seated in Chicago, Pittsburgh & Dallas.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience required with experience in elevator modernization sales preferred
- Minimum of 2 years people leadership experience
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
