Onsite Technician

Onsite Technician Arcwood is seeking an Onsite Technician to support our customers’ waste management programs by collecting waste, performing bulking, conducting inspections, and ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials. Essential Functions Prioritize health and safety by following Arcwood policies and maintaining safe practices at all times. Assist customers with waste collection, bulking, and waste area inspections. Work with Onsite Chemists to move and segregate chemical storage containers by hazard class. Apply customer standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Arcwood protocols to store and process materials. Build strong customer relationships, provide status updates, and communicate needs to the Project Manager. Collect hazardous and non‑hazardous materials from onsite locations and transport them via company vehicle. Perform basic spill cleanup, housekeeping, and electronic scrap processing. Take on additional duties to support the team and organization. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Some science‑related post‑secondary coursework (preferred) Required Experience Valid driver’s license (required) 1+ year of related experience (preferred) Competencies Work in a constant state of alertness and maintain safety. Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders. Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Search to company standards. Maintain reliable, predictable attendance.
