About the role

We are looking for a charismatic and expert StrengthsFinder Facilitator to lead a series of impactful in-person workshops for a financial services client located in Chicago. You will be responsible for helping our clients’ teams unlock their potential by understanding their unique talent themes and turning them into productive strengths.

• Location: Chicago (On-site)
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Project Duration: Late Feb – Late March
• Hourly Range: Negotiable

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Facilitating High-Energy Workshops: Lead engaging, on-site sessions for teams in Chicago, translating complex StrengthsFinder reports into actionable insights.
• Driving Outcomes: Confidently navigate group dynamics by providing assertive guidance and keeping participants accountable to the workshop’s pace and purpose.
• Coaching & Development : Provide individual and group coaching to help participants understand their "Top 5" or "Full 34" themes.
• Curriculum Customization: Tailor workshop content to meet the specific cultural and operational needs of the client.
• Fostering Collaboration: Design exercises that improve team dynamics, communication, and trust through the lens of CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder).
• Action Planning: Help teams create sustainable plans to apply their strengths to their daily roles and long-term projects.

What You Bring - Required Skills

• Gallup Certification: Deep, expert-level knowledge of the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) assessment and framework.
• Proven Facilitation Experience: Extensive experience leading in-person professional development workshops for corporate audiences.
• Dynamic Presentation Skills : The ability to command a room, keep energy high, and handle diverse group dynamics with empathy and professionalism.
• Video Portfolio : Ability to provide a video sample demonstrating your facilitation style and presence.
• Local Presence: Must be able to be on-site in downtown Chicago for the duration of the live training event (event to take place between Late Feb – Late March).

Bonus Skills

• DiSC Certification: Dual certification in Everything DiSC® to provide a multi-dimensional view of personality and behavior.
• Instructional Design: Experience in tweaking or creating supplemental workshop materials.
