Manufacturing Professionals OPEN JOB FAIR
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment.
- Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines.
- Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
- Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a repetitive-motion environment.
- Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environments.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
- Knowledge of quality inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Shift: 1st/2nd/3rd (all available for consideration)
- May require overtime, weekends, or rotating schedules based on production needs.
- Manufacturing floor environment with noise, machinery, and occasional exposure to production material components.
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00 with pay based on experience plus shift differential of $1.00 for 2nd Shift and $2.00 for 3rd Shift.
