This is a high-impact, in-home sales role built for closers. You’ll meet with homeowners who already need solutions, guide them through their options, and help them make confident decisions. No cold calling, no retail grind, and no plumbing experience required—just your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close.
If you come from car sales, HVAC, home improvement, or insurance, you already have the skills to succeed here.
What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and concerns
• Present high-ticket solutions in a clear, confident, and customer-focused way
• Build credibility and trust quickly through strong communication
• Close deals and consistently exceed sales goals
• Follow up on warm leads and maximize every opportunity
Requirements
• NO PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Proven sales experience in high-ticket or consultative sales, including:
– Automotive (car sales)
– HVAC
– Home improvement
– Insurance
• Confident closer with strong communication skills
• Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by high earnings
