Client Service Representative for Animal Hospital

We have an opportunity for a genuinely friendly, motivated, experienced Client Service Representative who enjoys people and learning. Openness to integrative medicine.
- A Client Service Representative with experience working in an animal hospital setting is preferred.
- High School diploma required
- Desired skills include scheduling appointments, entering brief notes in an electronic medical record, standard phone and customer service skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Full Time Benefits include: paid health insurance, paid time off, an IRA plan, continuing education opportunities, discounted veterinary care for your pets, uniforms (scrubs), and a great work environment
- Full time is a 4-day work week with possible 1/2 day Saturdays, Part time is 2-3 days per week

Animal Hospital at the Shores is 11 years new and growing exponentially each year. We are located in beautiful Lake Barrington nestled within a community of animal lovers. The environment is clean and cheery!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
