Strong Sales and Customer Support

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Representative.
Job Summary:
As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on sales-related responsibilities, including handling sales calls and actively participating in the sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for fielding general inquiries and providing support for customer service needs. You will also pull orders on different days to help the team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries, providing comprehensive product information and solutions to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to both existing and potential customers, promoting our range of LED products and services.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales quotes and proposals for small to medium-sized orders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls and inquiries from both clients and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Process and track small to medium-sized orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer support role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of LED products and lighting solutions is essential.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
