Position Statement The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Medical Eligibility is seeking to hire an experienced contractual professional to support policy compliance and program integrity efforts. This role will ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedures that align with state and federal requirements, with a focus on maintaining program integrity in response to federal and state audits and the development and execution of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Duties to be Performed- Review all Audit Findings, Federal and State, Federal Review, i.e. PERM, QC, Independent Reviews, to compile from all Bureaus in Eligibility to ensure responses are accurate and timely in conjunction within the Division of Eligibility and
- Create a tracking system of all Audit Findings, Federal and State, Federal Review, i.e. PERM, QC, Independent Reviews, to ensure accurate and timely response and follow up responses for Corrective Action Plans.
- Creation of 104's, onboarding and unit development of Audit Unit.
- Cross analyze audit findings and reviews to determine system defects or caseworker errors to address in system fixes or user training.
- Requires completion of a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
- Requires ability to utilize and maintain state issued equipment such as a laptop.
- Ability to work normal working hours.

- Requires working knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration, communication or computer science.
- Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
- Prefers a minimum of four (4) years of experience with public or business administration, principles and practices, agency programs and service objectives, staff utilization and labor and employment development.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with an audit process.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience tracking and ensuring compliance of assignments.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience communication with external and internal entities.
