Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Retail Salesperson to lead customer engagement efforts in both retail and event environments. This role blends sales performance with creative marketing initiatives—ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced settings, face-to-face communication, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales:

• Engage with customers in retail stores and event venues to promote products and services
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate product features and offer tailored recommendations
• Build rapport with customers, clients, and vendor partners

Marketing & Promotions:

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
• Represent our brand at trade shows, local events, and pop-ups
• Work closely with marketing to develop print and digital materials

Customer Experience:

• Deliver outstanding service, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay well-versed in all product offerings to provide expert guidance

Event Execution:

• Help coordinate event logistics, from setup to customer engagement
• Represent the company in a polished, professional, and enthusiastic manner

Tracking & Improvement:

• Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly reports
• Offer feedback and ideas to enhance campaigns and customer outreach

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or events
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; CRM and social media experience a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for events
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused
