What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Sous Chef or Chef De Cuisine with a background in high-quality, scratch kitchens.
- Knowledge and skills in Italian and seafood cuisine are a big plus!
- A solid track record of success in moderate volume settings (3+ million net sales).
- Someone with an eagerness to grow and develop their culinary career.
