What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team
• Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily

What You'll Need:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (required)
• Clean IDPH background record (required)
• Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
