As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design efforts for significant product areas within Hyatt's digital ecosystem. You will be accountable for the quality, coherence, and effectiveness of the experiences you design, from early discovery through delivery and iteration.
Key responsibilities include:
•Owning the end-to-end design of complex features and product areas across web and mobile platforms, from problem definition through execution.
•Partnering closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to shape product direction, priorities, and tradeoffs throughout the product lifecycle.
•Translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
•Planning and executing design discovery activities, including research, prototyping, and usability testing, to inform decisions and reduce risk.
•Creating high-quality interaction, visual, and experience designs that meet brand, accessibility, and usability standards.
•Contributing to shared design systems, patterns, and ways of working, helping raise the overall quality and consistency of Hyatt's digital products.
•Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and complexity.
•Clearly communicating design intent, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
•Providing constructive feedback and informal mentorship to other designers through collaboration and critique.
Qualifications Experience Required:
•7 or more years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
•Demonstrated experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
•Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional product teams and influence outcomes through design.
•Strong foundation in user-centered design practices informed by qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience Preferred:
•Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Experience designing for global or international audiences.
•Background in hospitality, travel, ecommerce, or other large-scale consumer digital products.
•Familiarity with modern design and research tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mural, User Testing, Jira, and Confluence.

This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus.The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
