As a Reliability Engineer , you’ll be a change agent on the factory floor, helping move the operation from reactive maintenance to stable, predictable, high-performing assets using TPM and reliability best practices.

What You’ll Own

• Lead reliability and maintenance strategies that reduce variation, downtime, and losses

• Drive TPM, RCM, and continuous improvement across equipment, utilities, and processes

• Analyze asset data and trends to eliminate repeat failures and improve OEE

• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality to build a zero-loss mindset

• Coach teams on root cause analysis, reliability tools, and proactive maintenance

• Strengthen PM/PdM strategies, job planning, spare parts strategy, and CMMS usage (SAP)

What Makes You a Fit

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or similar)

• 3+ years in manufacturing reliability, maintenance, or engineering

• Hands-on experience with TPM, CMMS, RCA, and continuous improvement

• Strong data instincts—you ask why , not just what broke

• Comfortable influencing across the floor, not hiding behind a desk
