Factory Cleaning Equipment, LLC is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Aurora, IL supporting the Chicagoland Area . If you’re mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of your work, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company that values its people.

We service and support industrial floor cleaning machines for customers throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a mobile position where you’ll work independently in the field, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sweepers and scrubbers
• Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Keep detailed records of work performed using a tablet
• Maintain tools, inventory, and a clean, organized service van

Requirements

• Mechanical experience (auto, diesel, or industrial equipment preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
