Part Time Recruiter

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part-Time Recruiter to help connect mission-driven talent with meaningful opportunities. This role is ideal for a people-focused recruiting professional who thrives on relationship-building, community engagement, and making a tangible impact.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and collaborate with local schools and community partners to attract talent for this mission driven organization.

Part-Time Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other tools
• Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager discussions, and guide candidates through each step
• Attend career fairs and build partnerships with colleges, universities, and local organizations

Part-Time Recruiter Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and major job boards (Paylocity a plus)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required
• Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus
