Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Service Consultant to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients achieve their goals. You’ll work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues, making a real difference every day.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service. You’ll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional services that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and achieve their objectives.
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skilled in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Insurance knowledge.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
