We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to drive our growth strategy, expand our market presence, and lead our business development efforts.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 annually plus commission to be negotiated
Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Engage in warm calling to establish connections with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, particularly in technical sales environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
