Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous Ecommerce Sales management experience to join our Sales team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Convenience Concepts and our eRetailer customers, helping to foster strong, long-term relationships while driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have previously worked in an online Ecommerce environment driving sales through all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management : Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with designated eRetail accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
• Product Management : Upload new products and manage content on customer platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimal presentation.
• Sales Strategy : Monitor account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to develop and implement targeted strategies that drive sales growth.
• Promotions & Campaigns : Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional opportunities in collaboration with your accounts, ensuring effective campaign management.
• Customer Support : Keep up-to-date with new initiatives from your accounts and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous Experience in Online sales in an ecommerce product environment
• Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-Starter : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively
• Strong Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines and goals
• Team-Oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Positive Attitude : A can-do, proactive mindset
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
