Dental Receptionist
We are looking for a SMILING Dental Receptionist who is a compassionate, detailed multitasking, outgoing people person, and team player with a strong work ethic. Working knowledge of a computer is required. Loving our Therapy Dogs is a must!
We are a high technology, patient first practice located in Oakbrook Terrace that is looking for a highly energetic and dedicated individual who would like to pursue a long term career in Dental Administration. We will train you for the position and we require some time commitment for this training.

Duties for the M-F, 35-40 hours/week are to include:
- Greeting patients.
- Answering phones.
- Making patient appointments.
- Scheduling overdue patients.
- Confirming patient appointments.
- Scanning documents to electronic patient files.
- Maintain general email inbox to the office.
- Contacting insurance companies for patient benefit profiles.
- Curve Practice Software knowledge a plus.
