Commercial Lines Account Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager looking for a fully remote opportunity with a top-tier insurance broker? We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and help deliver exceptional service and support to our valued clients nationwide.

As part of a collaborative, growth-focused environment , you’ll manage a diverse book of business, work closely with producers, and be a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a commercial lines book of business with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
• Handle renewals, marketing, endorsements, and coverage analysis with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with producers to develop strategies and present solutions that meet client needs
• Provide responsive, professional service to clients and carriers, fostering long-term relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
• Support client growth by identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience at an agency or broker
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, including GL, Property, Auto, WC, and Umbrella
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
