Dedicated Regional Class A Driver
10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a regional dedicated route based in Joliet, IL. This W-2 position offers predictable schedules, weekly home time, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
- Route & Freight Details
- Origin: Joliet, IL
- Service area: WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY
- Regional route with three turns per week
- Average 3–5 stops per load
- Dry freight; customer unloads using rollers
- Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly average pay: $1,800 (direct deposit)
- Unload pay: $340 per load (average three loads per week)
- Backhaul pay: $25

- Sleeper automatic trucks
- 24-hour in-house dispatch and operations support
- Drivers may take assigned trucks home if parked in a safe, secure location
- Schedule & Home Time
- Predictable regional schedule with regular weekly home time
- 34-hour reset typically observed Saturday or Sunday
- Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer on regional routes in compliance with DOT, state, and company regulations
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, meeting on-time performance expectations
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately document vehicle condition
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and operations staff
- Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past year
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Able to pass DOT physical examination and pre-employment drug screening
