What you'll do:

• Inventory all packing materials and accurately report to purchasing for purposes of reorder
• Meet with department staff to ensure that objectives are being met
• Inventories, research, and input product information in ERP
• Conduct work order accounting and inventories weekly
• Assist in preparing outbound shipments to vendors
• Create electronic Bill of Lading (BOL) for customers and outside warehousing
• Create COA's for product to customer
• Upload daily production, schedule outbound trucks, and process UPS Invoices
• Minor Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Check to ensure quantities and part numbers match the packing list
• Process receipt in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
• Other duties assigned by the Plant Controller

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience and experience in shipping/receiving preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret drawings and equipment manuals
• Knowledge of MRP and effective use of Microsoft Office Suite
