Services Technician

This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

Compensation: $20 hourly

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a Services Technician role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Services Technician with Insight, you will configure, modify, repair, test, and service IT devices including hardware, peripherals, and software. We will count on you to troubleshoot hardware issues, perform quality control, and maintain accurate documentation. Along the way, you will collaborate with team members and ensure efficient use of resources.

As a Services Technician, you will get to:

• Configure and customize hardware and software per work instructions

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Perform quality control inspections and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed

We are looking for a Services Technician with:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience/training

• A+ certification and one vendor hardware certification

• Experience with Windows OS, imaging tools (Ghost, MDT, SCCM)

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
