We seek a Bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter/Dispatcher for our Palatine Office.

We are a staffing agency helping clients to fill their open positions with staff that meet their requirements, from general labor to skilled labor.

Shift and hours.

Work 8+ hours

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm

Friday: 8 am - 4 pm

Please note: Applicants need flexibility to occasionally work different hours, overtime/weekends, or at different offices. Lunch is paid.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Dispatch workers for a variety of Customers (in person, over the phone, via the internet)
• Conduct Interviews, screen and make job offers to possible candidates
• Assist employees with the application process, providing them with the proper documents, job description, and dispatch forms
• Answer and make phone calls.
• Answer and send emails: interact with potential candidates, current workers, and customers.
• Interface/work with the Customers (Supervisors, HR, Management)

- There is an element of Sales involved....

• Must be a good team player, must have a desire to learn and work hard, must be capable on a computer (spreadsheets and correspondence), and must be trustworthy and reliable
• You will be speaking with (and working with) our employees, potential employees, & customers, so you must be professional and polite

Qualifications/Requirements

Have strong organizational skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Communicating clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing

Must be competent with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (create, save, add/total, and email)

Able to work as a team and independently

Work in a fast-paced environment meeting daily deadlines

Occasional travel to client worksites for meetings/trainings
