Client Relations & Event Marketing Associate

Legacy Forward Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client in Chicago, IL for the role of Client Relations & Event Marketing Associate . In this position, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience—ensuring excellent service and building lasting relationships. Essential Job Functions:

• Greet all customers with a friendly, professional demeanor that reflects our company values.

• Oversee your assigned territory and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Guide customers through the client enrollment process with clarity and care.

• Represent our client’s brand with integrity, maintaining top-tier service standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any transaction-related issues quickly and efficiently.

• Communicate territory performance updates to management, including progress on sales goals.

• Respond to management requests and assist with special tasks as needed.

• Accurately process sign-ups and campaign activations.

• Navigate your assigned territory to assist customers as needed.

• Arrive on time and attend all scheduled shifts and required trainings.

• Follow all client and company performance policies and procedures.

• Take initiative to identify challenges and present thoughtful solutions.

• Create positive customer interactions using empathy and professionalism.

• Mentor and support other team members to help them achieve success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to pass a background check per company and client standards.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
