The Role

You’ll run a hot/cold line that feeds a high-traffic corporate café. Expect solid volume, tight standards, and clean execution across prep → service → close. If you’re organized, fast on the line, and serious about food safety, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

• Set up stations; prep proteins/veg/sauces to spec and par levels

• Cook to order and batch as needed (grill, sauté, ovens, fryers)

• Hold foods to temp; complete HACCP/temperature logs and label/date all items (FIFO)

• Follow recipes, portioning, allergen & cross-contact procedures

• Keep line and BOH clean/sanitized ; execute opening/closing checklists

• Communicate 86’s, low stock, and equipment issues quickly

What You Bring

• 1+ year line cook experience in café, corporate dining, campus, healthcare, or hotel

• Strong pace and consistency; can work independently with minimal supervision

• Food safety mindset; comfortable with temp probes and basic HACCP logs

• Able to stand/walk full shift and lift 40 lbs ; reliable attendance

• Willing to wear uniform/PPE per site standards

Nice to Have

• ServSafe Food Handler (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Experience with volume production or made-to-order stations

Screening / Compliance

• Background check required (7-year): National & County Criminal, Address History, SSN, Sex Offender, Global Watchlist
