Responsibilities- Maintain Organized Records : Keep accurate and accessible client records.
- Utilize CRM for Tracking: Manage leads and client interactions effectively.
- Acquire and Close Sales Leads : Drive agency growth by converting sales opportunities.
- Manage Policies & Provide Support: Oversee client policies and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Assess Risks & Determine Coverage: Evaluate needs and recommend suitable coverage.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Uphold industry standards and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : Background in sales or client-facing roles preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Character : Must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, and a strong ethical foundation.
Mindset : A coachable attitude is essential for growth and development.
Communication Skills : Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are necessary for effective client interactions.
