Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our foundry client to start immediately at $95k-$115k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Manager is in charge of overseeing the smooth movement of raw materials and finished goods from receipt through dispatch, while also coordinating production staging to prevent costly bottlenecks. This role is critical in minimizing delays, sustaining steady manufacturing output, and directly supporting customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

• Improves warehouse layout, staffing, and technology use for maximum productivity and cost savings.
• Redesigns warehouse and scrap yard space for better storage and workflow as needed.
• Oversees use of inventory management software and enforces SOPs for receiving materials and shipping goods.
• Enhances order accuracy and accelerates dispatch processes.
• Tracks performance metrics, reporting on efficiency and staff effectiveness.
• Manages and develops warehouse staff through scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and timesheet approvals.
• Provides leadership, cross-department collaboration, and support for team operations.
• Identifies areas for improvement and establishes new or updated procedures.
• Maintains precise inventory through monitoring, cycle counts, and annual audits.
• Minimizes errors, shortages, delays, and excess stock.
• Utilizes real-time tracking systems and addresses root causes of discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate shipments, inventory transactions, and monthly audits with the CFO.
• Improves visibility of raw materials and finished goods across departments.
• Keeps records and prepares reports to project warehouse status.
• Completes additional assigned tasks as needed.
• Enforces OSHA and industry safety standards to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conducts regular safety training and ensures strict handling of hazardous materials.
• Investigates incidents and implements corrective measures.
• Oversees equipment maintenance, forklift inspections, and compliance checklists.

Location: Chicago Heights, IL

Schedule/Shift Details: 7:30AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of related Managerial experience working in a warehouse required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse preferred.
• Experience working in a foundry will be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge with ERP system will be a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Most of the time is spent in the warehouse center or outside in the scrap yard. The environment will include working in the plant production floor where there is weather and non-weather related hot or humid conditions, extreme cold, working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
• The noise level in the work environment is quiet in the office, but can be loud when on the production floor, warehouse or loading areas.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer when in the office.
• Prolonged periods walking around the warehouse facility and scrap yard.
• Prolonged periods of using a forklift.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
• This position will require the use and wear of all PPE and safety equipment.
• Must be available at times to train and/or monitor training on different shifts schedules to accommodate internal teams
