Benefits Analyst
- Provide continuous services to meet client needs and act as the primary system support for assigned clients
- Conduct regular audits and file reviews for accuracy, managing daily, weekly and annual file processing
- Resolve participant cases through research and analysis, generate client-specific reports and support ACA processing
- Perform testing for system releases, review release documentation and execute processes outlined in the Admin Guide
- Manage system configuration and testing for client projects and annual enrollment
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle billing tasks, including invoice generation, payment posting and reconciling receivables
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a working knowledge of MS Office products
- Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation and manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for updates and interaction with clients and internal teammates
- Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
