As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your mission is to spearhead the timely collection of outstanding balances, all the while fostering positive and lasting relationships with their esteemed customers.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Create and send invoices accurately and promptly

• Payment Processing: Receive and record payments from customers

• Account Reconciliation: Ensure payments are applied correctly and resolve discrepancies

• Collections: Follow up with customers on overdue payments

• Credit Management: Evaluate and monitor customer credit

• Aging Analysis: Monitor and prioritize overdue accounts

• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes

• Cash Application: Apply cash receipts to accounts

• Customer Communication: Provide updates and address inquiries

• Reporting: Prepare reports on accounts receivable metrics

• Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline operations

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field

• Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite

• Analytical prowess with an impeccable eye for detail

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
