The Opportunity: More Than a Coordinator: Our client is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the essential link between top talent and their critical distribution centers. In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork; you are a guardian of compliance and a champion of the candidate experience. Supporting facilities ranging from 150 to nearly 400 people, you will ensure our high-volume recruitment engine runs smoothly and ethically. How You’ll Make an Impact:- Own the Candidate Journey: From signed offer letters to the first day of orientation, you will manage pre-employment screenings, drug tests, and background checks via First Advantage.
- Compliance Specialist: Master the complexities of MVR and Driver Clearinghouse checks to ensure our fleet meets every safety standard.
- Collaborative Liaison: Partner daily with HR Directors and Management to articulate escalation needs and resolve inquiries with professional empathy.
- ATS Management: Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all requisitions are closed with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience: 3–5 years of stable work history in HR/Recruitment support; experience in high-volume distribution or logistics is a major plus.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (data filtering) and familiarity with First Advantage or similar screening tools.
- Mindset: An adaptable, "team-first" attitude—rigidity won’t work here! You thrive on learning and helping your peers.
- Education: A College Degree is valued but not required for those with proven experience.
