Position Purpose:

The Child and Adolescent Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and
managing a dynamic team within our outpatient mental health services, specifically focused on child and
adolescent behavioral health in the Chicagoland area. This role involves overseeing clinical operations,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and fostering a collaborative and supportive
environment for both staff and patients. The Supervisor will drive program development, enhance
community outreach, and ensure that treatment goals are met in alignment with best practices. By
integrating strategic oversight with hands-on supervision, the position aims to optimize service delivery,
promote professional growth, and address the complex mental health needs of young individuals and their families.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field
• Licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Must qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Health Arts (LPHA) per Illinois Department of Mental
Health Rule 132
• Proven track record in behavioral health treatment with a focus on child and adolescent populations
• Experience as a supervisor in behavioral health treatment preferred
• Experience in conducting individual, family and group counseling
• Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and
presentation software
• Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance

Responsibilities:

1.Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for
the responsibilities assigned. Some variation in hours may be required to meet company
needs.
2. Supervise and manage therapists within an outpatient mental health setting, focusing on child and
adolescent behavioral health treatment.
3. Facilitate communication with all staff members and oversee compliance and performance by
tracking key progress indicators.
4. Deliver day-to-day supervision and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with the strategic
oversight and support provided by senior leadership.
5. Manage daily clinical operations, addressing immediate clinical issues that arise, and conduct
monthly audits of client charts to ensure accuracy, compliance and high standards of care.
6. Lead team meetings and case review sessions to address complex cases and enhance client care.
7. Develop and enhance the Child and Adolescent Services program by spearheading community
outreach efforts, implementing new program initiatives, and establishing treatment goals to improve
patient outcomes.
8. Represent the department in committees and organizational initiatives as determined appropriate by
leadership

Schedule: 8-hour shifts or part time hours

• Hours: Monday - Friday Flexible.
• Shift: 1st and 2nd

Work Location: Rosecrance -Chicago and Chicagoland. Will travel to each location twice a month.

Work Mode: Onsite

Compensation & Rewards

· Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)

• $87,500 starting salary (flexible based on experience)
• Shift Differentials

  • Second shift: +$.25/hr.

  • Third shift: +$.50/hr.

• Incentives:
  • Up to $10,000 sign on bonus
  • $.50/hr. with CADC certification
  • Financial incentive for hours exceeding identified, predetermined standard each month
