We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for a multitude of things on a day-to-day basis. Our mission is simple: Protect and enhance our community one roof at a time while providing an unmatched customer experience. We believe in continuous growth, educating our clients, and building trusted relationships that ensure peace of mind for years to come. This is a commission-based position with no base salary. We will provide job-specific training. After training, you will have the opportunity to work from home and choose your hours.

Responsibilities

• Prospect neighborhoods (Door hangers, door knocking)
• Inspect for storm damage
• Present contract options, upgrades, and finalize project details
• Attend roof builds
• Manage customer communication
• Create Material Orders
• Collect payments
• Ensure a positive customer experience
