Personal Assistant to Owner

: We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the owner in various administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and more.
- Coordinate and prioritize the owner's tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
- Support the owner with any other tasks as required, demonstrating a willingness to step in and help wherever needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with technology.
- Experience with CRMs a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus.
