Summary:
Work at various customer accounts, as needed to fill-in or to start a new job. Clean room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; complete project work as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License is required.
Working Schedule:
- Must have open availability ( Including but not limited to weekends) 5:30PM - 1:30AM
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
- General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
- Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
- Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
- Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.
- Experience with stripping and waxing
