Global Enterprise Partnership Manager

Join us to build and scale Bayer's partnership ecosystem, aligning partner goals with Bayer's strategy to unlock shared value and a global revenue stream through licensing. You'll lead portfolio development, launch strategies, and demand generation, while assessing markets and partner use cases to anticipate trends and open new partnership arenas. You'll craft data-driven pricing, negotiate smart agreements that balance speed and governance, and coordinate revenue operations end to end with product, commercial, legal, and finance. As a hands-on leader, you'll influence stakeholders, build trusted collaborations, and turn insights into action that grows adoption and measurable value. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

  • Output Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Development: Build and manage relationships with prioritized partners and licensees, aligning on mutual objectives to scale API adoption and value

  • API Launch: Define and execute the launch strategy for Bayer's ARD API, ensuring alignment and scalability across stakeholders

  • Market and Opportunity Assessment: Analyze market trends, partner use cases, and competitive positioning to identify and prioritize opportunities, driving ecosystem growth

  • Pricing Strategy: Design and implement pricing models that maximize ARD API value, based on market research, segment analysis, and partner feedback

  • Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable terms on pricing and legal agreements, while adhering to governance standards

  • Revenue Operations: Coordinate revenue collection, tracking, and forecasting for API licensing agreements and partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Demand Generation: Work with partners and licensees to co-develop opportunities and drive demand for Bayer's digital experience, aligning with FieldView segments.

  • Behavior Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hands-on, visionary leader who deeply understands ecosystem needs and translates insights into actionable plans

  • Effectively influence and align internal and external stakeholders to scale adoption and value realization of the ARD API

  • Build trust through collaboration and showcase the tangible value of Bayer's offerings to partners and licensees

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, agriculture, economics, or a related discipline

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners

  • Strong analytical abilities for assessing financial data, conducting market research, and performing cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the potential value of different business initiatives and strategies

  • Strong understanding of software development, industry trends and value creation opportunities across the value chain

  • Effective communication skills for presenting findings, making recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage large and complex projects effectively, ensuring that value capture initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule

  • Proficiency in negotiating and closing large in/out-licensing agreements at favorable terms

Preferred:

  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA) in relevant business or technical field

  • Experience building new software and business concepts

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and / or product management

  • 3+ years of experience in digital agriculture

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $146k-219k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant).? Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..? This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
