Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain

Position Summary

• Senior Manager based in the United States, focused on delivering digital supply chain projects in the Automotive, Industrials and Manufacturing sector, as well as providing support to the management and growth of the BearingPoint US team.

• There is a strong pipeline of inbound work through BearingPoint’s US business; this individual will work closely with Partners to capitalize on this deal flow and successfully manage delivery of these projects, as well as growth of existing client relationships.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate without the support of a massive brand with significant support structure.

• This individual will report to the US Practice Leader, Chetan Rangaswamy.

Required Profile

• 10+ years of consulting experience, preferable with a leading professional services firm.

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

• Multi-year track record in the execution of technology-oriented and end to end supply chain transformation projects within the Automotive, Industrials, and Manufacturing sector.

• Broad technology and digital supply chain consulting background; must be able to demonstrate a perspective on implementation (as well as conceptual design) of transformation projects and programs.

• Strong leadership skills with experience leading/overseeing multifaceted teams on the delivery of supply chain technology or digital transformation programs; outstanding track-record of achieving and exceeding annual objectives.

• Excellent supply chain planning technology knowledge, including any experience with Anaplan, Pigment, or other related technologies is critical.

• Entrepreneurial – BearingPoint has aggressive plans for expansion in end-to-end supply chain and digital transformation so the candidate must have the ability to spot and seize opportunities to grow their business.

• Ability to travel Monday through Thursday as required.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and play an active role in mentoring and developing junior level consulting professionals.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without limitation.

• High business ethics: honesty, respect for the individual, culturally unbiased.

• Fluency in other languages such as German and French is helpful but not required.
